Shipping Information
We ship all orders via trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
Delivery is door-to-door and typically takes 5 – 7 business days, depending on your location.
Our courier delivery costs $46.50 (per box/pack) – this does not include the price of Matula Tea which is $169.50 per box.
Shipping charges are calculated and added when you checkout.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number directly from our courier. You will then receive regular updates that keep you completely up to date on the status of your order.
Import Duties, VAT & Taxes
Depending on your country, import duties, tariffs, VAT/GST, or customs charges may apply. These are not included in the shipping fee. These are handled directly by the courier during transit.
The courier will contact you if any charges are due before delivery is completed.
For example, customers in the United States may be subject to import duties or tariffs per shipment. These charges are determined by local regulations and may change over time.
Address Requirements
Orders must be shipped to a physical street address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please ensure your phone number matches the destination country, as couriers may need to contact you during delivery.
Country Restrictions
Due to import regulations on herbal products, we are unable to ship to certain countries.
The current list of restricted destinations includes:
PORTUGAL, BRUNEI, PANAMA, EL SALVADOR, SOUTH AFRICA, BOSNIA, SPAIN, INDONESIA, SOUTH KOREA, MEXICO, CHINA, PAKISTAN, GUATEMALA, MALAYSIA, SERBIA, ALBANIA, RUSSIA, SRI LANKA, INDIA, LITHUANIA, and ISRAEL.

DO YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER?
There are 2 ways you can do this;
- The recommended way – wait until you receive a confirmation email from DHL couriers where they offer an option to authorize the delivery without signature, or for other delivery options. You should receive the confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order. Or…
- Alternatively, you can submit your new shipping address by clicking on the ‘CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS’ button located just below this paragraph. If you choose to use the form to change your address, this must be done within 2 hours of placing your order. If you miss this deadline then you will need to make the change via DHL once you receive your tracking/waybill number.

DO YOU NEED TO URGENTLY CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
Urgent cancellations must be made within 10 hours of placing your order to ensure shipping is canceled. Please do not click this button if your order has been shipped already. If your order has been shipped please click here to view your options
Avoid causing delays with your order!
Always check your address on the payment confirmation email you receive from Paypal first (or the order confirmation email we send you). If you don’t need to change anything, then please don’t fill in this form! This will save unnecessary checks on our side which will cause a delay in the shipping of your order.
