1. Enrollment
To join our affiliate program, you must complete the online application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
By joining our program, you agree to:
- Promote our products in a legal and ethical way
- Avoid misleading claims or false advertising
- Keep your affiliate link confidential
- Not engage in spam, cookie stuffing, or keyword bidding on our brand terms
3. Commission Structure
- You will earn a $20 commission (per box of Matula Tea) for every confirmed sale made through your unique affiliate link.
- Commission rates and payout terms are detailed in your affiliate dashboard.
- Sales are tracked using cookies valid for 365 days.
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions are scheduled for payment after a 30-day verification period from date of sale.
- Commission are then paid at the end of the month following the month when the sale was made.
- Minimum payout threshold: $20
- Commission payments are only made via our PayPal account to your PayPal account
- You are responsible for any tax obligations in your country.
- Commissions payments are cancelled if orders are cancelled.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate any part of these terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Your content is deemed harmful or inappropriate
You may also close your affiliate account at any time by contacting us.
6. Use of Materials
You may use our marketing content on request. Do not alter our materials without permission.
7. Relationship
This agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You act as an independent promoter.
8. Modification
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email or dashboard notice. Continued participation means you accept the changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising in connection with this program.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of your Country/State
