Terms of Our Guarantee
- You must have completed a full 30-day treatment with Matula Tea as directed.
- You get retested for H. pylori 4 – 6 weeks after completing your 30-day treatment.
- We only accept laboratory results from either an HpSA (H. pylori Stool Antigen) test that shows a positive result, or laboratory results from a GI-MAP stool test that show a reading above the accepted infection level of 1.0e3 CFU/g. Results from any other types of H. pylori tests will not be accepted.
- Results from home-testing kits will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept your test results if you have been retested less than 4 weeks after completing your 30-day treatment.
- We will require a copy of your laboratory test result to be sent to us. This must show both your name and date of the test clearly.
- This guarantee EXPIRES 6 MONTHS AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE because it is possible to be reinfected – either by a partner or family member who may be infected with h. pylori, or by other means.
- Our Guarantee does not cover you for ongoing symptoms – ongoing symptoms are often a sign that there is an underlying gut issue that needs to investigated by your health practitioner.
- The guarantee applies only when Matula Tea has been purchased directly from us.
- This guarantee applies to Matula Tea and the treatment of H. pylori infections only, and not to any other products, or any other health issues.
- Anyone who purchases two or more boxes of tea to drink consecutively, and who doesn’t take either a GI-MAP or HPSA test within the recommended time after the first box of tea has been completed, will invalidate their guarantee if they wait until after completing the second box of tea before getting tested. The reason for this is that a different treatment protocol is recommended when taking a second treatment.
