Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) are those questions which are most frequently asked by our customers. You can save lots of time by viewing our FAQ's if you need an answer urgently. If you don't find a suitable answer in our FAQ's then please feel free to contact us directly.

COVID-19 update -- We are still able to ship orders worlwide through DHL and FedEx. Due to flight cancellations and delays it may take two to three days longer than the normally expected 5-7 business days. All packages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to distribution. Orders from our website will therefore continue as per pre-virus protocol. Customers will be notified if any changes become necessary.

If you need to change your address more than 6 hours after placing your order, you will need to wait for our courier to send you a tracking number. Once you have received the tracking number you will need to contact the courier to arrange for your parcel to be redirected to the correct address.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to us shipping to an incorrectly provided address.

Q."How long will it take me to receive my order once it has been shipped?"
A. Fast Track orders are usually delivered in 7 days or less. During COVID-19 lockdowns, deliveries are estimated at 7 - 10 business days.

Q."How can I check the delivery status of my order, once it has been shipped via the Fast Track service?" 
A.  Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number, and a link to use should you want to track your parcel.
